SB Broneske is the market leader, for example has a market share of more than 60% in 2014 and 2015 in the elastic support for exhaust pipe system of the new build market of cruise ships.
 
The SB Broneske market share of elastic support for cruise ships is increasing from 60% by 2014 up to more than 63% by 2015.
 
Currently SB Broneske equips five cruise ships on order which are delivered in 2015. Currently there are products on order for elastic support for AIDA Cruises (AIDAprima), for Compagnie du Ponant (Le Lyrial), for Norwegian Cruise Line (Norwegian Escape), for Royal Carribbean International (Anthem of the Seas) and for Tui Cruises (Mein Schiff 4).

SB Broneske have been able to defend their market leadership after an increased market share to over 60% in the last two years. In 2016 our products still have a market share of 50% compared to our competitors. For 2017 we expect a better order situation at shipyards worldwide and therefore we await a renewed increase of market share for the new build market of cruise ships.

 

At present SB Broneske is equipping five cruise ships which are to be delivered in 2016.

In order to ensure the correct installation of the SB Broneske elastic exhaust support system we provide detailed installation drawings for the exhaust pipe system.

SB Broneske offers certified rubber expansion bellows in different types. The caöculations / designs for this bellows are supplied free of charge.

In our new brochure "Engines (SB72)" we showcase you our SB vibration mounts for engines and generator sets. Vibration absorbers are member of the rubber spring family. Why are SB Broneske Vibration Mounts



so outstanding? 




The SB Broneske vibration mounts fix points are specially designed for the exhaust pipe system of ships (maritime environment).

We produce our vibration mounts fix points with a high effective elastomer. The SB Broneske vibration mounts are very effective reducing vibration and structure-borne noise.

The SB Broneske elastomer is heat resistant up to 300° Celsius. In a series of tests in 1990th, our company investigated the temperature at the vibration mount.

SB Broneske displays the result of the experimental series in the subsequent temperature curve. If the exhaust pipe temperature is 500° Celsius high, the temperature at the insulation (100 mm) is not higher than 140° Celsius. The temperature at the bracket (vibration mount) is lower than 100° Celsius.


                                  



SB Broneske offers a wide range of vibration mounts with load from 1 kg to 100.000 kg are available.

Machine parts are protected from excessive dynamic loads and with the aid of vibrationabsorbers noise exposure for humans can be reduced to tolerable levels.
